Warranty & Return Policy

Clothing - Massage, Yoga and Active Wear

We want to ensure that you are totally happy with the clothing and accessories that you buy from us. You are welcome to send back to us any items however, the following applies: -

• Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. All items are thoroughly checked before posting out to our customers.
• Clothes can only be exchanged if it is faulty or if size is wrong. label and hang tag must still be attached and original invoice enclosed with returned item.
• Clothing must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the items.

Massage Tables and Chairs CD’s and Massage Accessories

We also want to ensure that you are happy with the Massage Table or Chair, CD’s or Massage Accessories that you buy from us. Should you decide that this is not the case you can send the product back to us, in it’s original packaging. We will then give you a full refund, less the shipping cost. The following applies:-

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, that you intent to return it, and return it to us within 7 days.
• The original invoice must be enclosed with the returned item.
• Please do always consult with us before returning an item.
• If you decide to return the Massage Table or Chair, CD’s or any Massage Accessories please use a carrier that offers parcel tracking, and you may also want to insure your package for safe return to Mette’s Institute. If you decide not to follow this recommendation, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product in transit.

All our massage tables and Chairs carry a 3 year structural warranty. We do not offer any warranty on the upholstery.
